What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?
We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any damage claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier.

What if my order is delayed by the carrier?
We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier. Rest assured, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, and a tracking number will be provided once the order ships.

Can I return my order or cancel it?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. However, if you need to change the theme or items in your order and it has not been started yet, adjustments may be possible.

What do I need to provide when placing a custom order?
Please provide the date the order is needed by, ensuring it is not the same as your event date. We cannot be held responsible if items do not arrive in time if the provided date is the event day itself.

Are there any requirements for orders over $300?
Yes, for orders of $300 or more, a contract will need to be signed by the purchaser. We also require ID and a matching credit/debit card at our discretion to combat fraudulent orders. Alternatively, payment can be made via Zelle.

How specific do I need to be with my design details?
Please be as specific as possible and send any inspiration photos, invitations, example designs, etc. We will send a proof for approval before printing. Minor changes are allowed without additional fees.

What constitutes a major design change, and are there fees involved?
Major changes, like complete theme changes or multiple design adjustments, will incur a design fee of $15+. Minor changes, such as spelling corrections or minor color adjustments, are permitted without extra charges.

What should I do if I have an issue with my order?
Please contact us directly at info@craftedcreationsby.com for any order issues. We aim to resolve all issues amicably. Filing a chargeback with your bank will restrict future purchases with Creations, and any fraudulent chargebacks will result in legal action.
